silence is golden

It has come to my attention that our phone has ceased functioning. I have loved it. Others have not. Whilst my loved ones and pesky telemarketers are listening to infinite ringing, I have been enjoying the calm and quiet in our home. As much as I love talking on the phone, it has been so nice to get a break from the outside world (excluding the internet, of course). I know that having the silence will get boring, tiresome and frustrating- but for now, the respite has been a much needed haven in the chaos that comes with wedding planning, event planning, activity planning, meetings for planning. I'm sure you get it... one thing I was not planning on, however, was not having a phone at the same time as not having a car. Yeah, it's in the shop.... go, me. Silence may be golden, but when you're stuck in it, it feels more brownish tan.

Bummer....I just tried calling you to find out what your new church "calling" is? And to find out if you are scrapbooking tonight?
