Another salad- because I need somewhere to save it


This salad is perfection in the summer

Blueberry and Feta salad with olive oil roasted almonds and honey balsamic vinaigrette

Salad:
butter lettuce
blueberries
crumbled feta
almonds (chop almonds, toss in olive oil and kosher salt and roast at 425* for 7-8 minutes. Do not skip this step. They make the salad)
Dressing:
Mix:
2 TB balsamic vinegar
2 TB honey
salt and pepper
dash of ground thyme
Whisk and drizzle in:
1/3-1/2 cup olive oil

That simple!
